Arrived back into town to find my front yard flooded due to a busted water supply line. The supply line was original 1960s galvanized supply pipe from water meter to house. Received 3 quotes and Water Savers was $2100 less than two other quotes. I would highly recommend them not just because of the price savings but because they were also very prompt (showing up within a few hours of my calling in), knowledgeable and professional, communicative (staying in touch with updates and answering questions as they came up), and they explained everything and did not make it overly complicated (like one of the other companies) or try to upcharge. They were even able to complete the work a couple of days earlier than expected. Am very satisfied with the work and the overall experience and can definitely recommend Water Savers. Been looking for a new plumber since moving inside the perimeter and think I've found them!

There is a reason they make you pay half up front. They dramatically overcharged me for a simple install, and managed to damage the existing plumbing while there (resulting in the dishwasher draining into the basement). The plumber never told me when they were coming (They just showed up) and I had to call multiple times just to get them to setup an appointment. I should have listened to my instincts and gone with another plumber.

Water savers is her family plumber. They provide fast service and always responsive. They fixed a leaking pipe from my master shower into the garage and they did a fast job on a tub to shower conversion. They're my go-to for any plumbing emergencies or needs.

We had a wonderful experience with Water Savers at our commercial office building. We had an old hot water storage tank that had rotted through. They were on site immediately to help. Their cost was good, and the service was great! They had it replaced in no time.

I am really happy with my experience with Water Savers. Master Plumber Ernesto found my problem within 5 minutes of being in my home. Two other companies came before him, and they couldn’t find the problem. There is a reason Ernesto is called a Master Plumber. He has many years of experience. Fortunately, the repair was very minor. He was honest with his evaluation and even gave me a follow up call. I also want to acknowledge the customer service agent. She was very nice and knowledgeable. I am so appreciative, I actually spoke to a person and not a robot!
