Tidal Wave did a GREAT job on the mitigation and refurbishment of my basement after I had water damage! From the start, Johnny was very personable and attentive to my questions and needs, even though he was sick during my project. He made

me a priority and I felt that. Billy was the project manager and did an excellent job with follow-up and management of the teams. I knew I could count on Billy to get the job done and to manage it well so that I didn’t have to. Lupé and Carlos did a wonderful job on the painting and drywall and were an absolute pleasure to be around! I even had them come back to do some more work after their initial project was complete. Leo also was very pleasant to work with as he installed new flooring, etc. on the project. When I had concerns about how the finished product looked, Leo made sure it met my expectations before it was marked as complete. I appreciated this greatly. Billy helped with the coordination of the whole project from start to finish. I would highly recommend Tidal Wave to friends and neighbors. This was my first major home project, and I’m sure I would have freaked out 15 times from the stress of it all, but with this team, that stress was drastically minimized. They scheduled me quickly, worked around my travel schedule, and completed my job ahead of schedule. I had several friends (more experienced home owners) visit during and after all the project work, and they commented on the great team I had doing this. The hard work was definitely noticed! Suzanne in the billing department was also exceptional with her attention to detail, follow-up, and clear communication and documentation. She answered my questions fully and was extremely patient with my ignorant questions being a first-timer. Kudos to this entire team! Thank you thank you thank YOU! -Ashleigh

Tidal Wave Response came to my rescue a second time, prompting me to write this review. I had a good experience with them the first time around last month. Two weeks later a separate issue sprung a leak on my kitchen floor. After my first experience with them, I called on them again without hesitation. One call later, their expert assessor, Michael, was at my door. Michael impressed me with his promptness, professionalism, and clear communication. He walked me through the different mitigation options, explaining the pros and cons of each. Once I gave the green light their team didn't waste a moment. They arrived with their equipment and swiftly set up a network of dehumidifiers and blowers to dry out my kitchen. Their professionalism went beyond just setting things up - they meticulously checked moisture levels before packing up and leaving. Facing water damage was stressful, but Tidal made the process about as bearable as it could have been. Their professionalism, expertise, and clear communication were top-notch. Highly recommend them for any water damage situation!

Tidal Wave Response is hands down the BEST restoration company! From the initial phone call (me panicking not knowing what was about to happen) Johnny was the perfect businessman and gentleman. He quickly gained my trust by displaying his top tier expertise from the start. Each and every person I came in contact with was extremely pleasant. From the mitigation team to the cleanup crew, all involved were knowledgeable, efficient and prompt in their area of work. I highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed.

John Myers came out within a couple hours of me entering a request for a quote. He took time to explain the process and answer questions. Staff was professional and courteous. Billy was my project manager and I could always contact him with questions or concerns and he ensured the work was completed to my satisfaction.

My Experience with Tidalwave was great. I have already left a review on the dry out they did, but after Collin was really quick to setup the restoration. The subcontractors showed up on time, covered floors and were very respectful. They got the job done fast and it looks great. Added before on after pics. Will def use them again and recommend them to my friends.

While tidal wave response will indeed complete your mitigation services to standard, they will also try to remove far more than what is needed in an attempt to make more money, and also upsale you with their in house services. They have drywall repair, flooring repair, plumbers etc that all work in house, and the moment you decline to use their in house providers for repairs after mitigation is complete, their customer service and communication is NONEXISTENT. Zero updates as to the completion of services, or follow ups. ALSO, while tidal wave was in my home conducting their services, one of their employees used my restroom (and by USE i mean they USED it) and did not flush the toilet. My home had been vacant due to the damages, and the employee left their fecal matter in my home for days, causing the entire home to smell HORRIBLE. How a team of 6 grown men don't think to possibly flush a toilet before leaving a customers home??? beyond me. What makes it worse is upon calling the owner to complain, rightfully so... He cuts me off mid-complaint to offer his solution of sending someone out to flush the toilet and spray air freshener. Great, as you should, however no apology or even any care was given to the situation at all. This company will complete your mitigation services, but not ethically, or morally if you let them to get away with it. Would not recommend.
