Kaye Mathis4 StarI understand that the beds and any furniture would be moved cleaned under and replaced with water protective pads placed. As you see in the picture pieces of cardboard were left under my bed and the carpet was not wet right after they left. Not even vacuumed. No protective pieces placed on corners of bed and other furniture . Four pieces were used under a little light weight rocking chair they could have put in the hallway. In my daughters room, again carpet not even damp underneath her bed, dresser not moved nor book stand, we offered to move the books off quickly and was told no , no problem they could take care of it not problems.
