This place is the best. I had to stop Absolute Fire and Restoration Mitigation Services because they took 3 days to even start to dry my house. Servpro of Panthersville know what they are doing and didn't damage any of my things and cleared up all the mold the other company left after damaging my 10,000 dinning room table. They were really professional and did a very clean job. Once the mitigation was done, even my contractor said that very few companies do this good of a job. They will answer all the queries very calmly. Even though they were so busy but they still managed to provide me the service. I thank Nadine Coleman to answer my emails and texts with immediate response. I definitely recommend their service.

I would like to say that Nadine M. Coleman of SERVPRO of Panthersville is truly professional. She always and I mean always answered her phone, even when she was busy. I felt that she was concerned about our issue of our basement flooding and wanting to plan a resolution for a rebuild. She was always kind and respectful of my wife and I concern with the contractor and worked in an effort to get and communicate a resolution. This is a huge thing that I really appreciate about Nadine. This was an insurance claim and as I can recall Nadine, never asked me for money! That is one thing that I really respect about her. Her concern was to make our basement right (our content removal, remaining basement floor tear out, installing baseboards and quarter round as well as their painting and walls, tiling basement floor, and the bringing back our contents). I would just like to thank Nadine for her hard work and her excellent communication. I truly appreciate Nadine and cannot thank her enough!

Wow! Excellent services! I couldn't want a better job done! Nadine the manager of the team was so thorough and punctual. Her team was awesome and they were so great working together under the supervision of Nadine. I will say that you would not be disappointed having Nadine and her team working in your house to clean up and packed away the many things and all those boxes packed away neatly! Thank you, Nadine for your help it was a blessing to have you in my house!
