Nathan Blackwell2 StarSafe-Dry is not Better Business Bureau Accredited. I am skeptical and unsure of the cleaning method effectiveness on my carpet. I do NOT recommend the method on wool rugs despite the website offering a process for wools rugs. Unfortunately, the wool rug fibers were too heavily agitated and stripped (see photo— it is not dust unfortunately, or pet hair as I do not have a pet). The method the technician used:
1. Sprayed carpets with an unknown solution.
2. Ran an industrial spinning microfiber cloth over the carpets.

Cameron Long5 StarHad an area rug cleaned - they were able to get me on the schedule ASAP, the pricing was fair/cheaper than other local options, and the technician Ramone was fantastic. The actual cleaning was quick (they drive to you to clean!), the dry time was no more than 2 hours, and my rug looks brand new. Didn’t realize how dirty it was until this cleaning!
