Unethical. Didn't complete what we paid them to do. They left piles of drywall which we had to pay to get removed. They left trash bags full of debris outside. Zero communication, zero compassion. Just garbage people.

RCM is the best!!! I want to first start off with the great customer service I received. I was in a panic my water heater busted and flooded my basement. Vivian came in she calm me, she was very professional and polite. After looking over everything, she explained everything that would be done from start to finish. Exceptionally knowledgeable professionals with a service mindset. My basement was flooded from a burst pipe. I called RCM Restoration Services and they helped me through the whole process. They also referred me to a fantastic public adjuster who took care of the whole claim for me. I was impressed on how knowledgeable the team had on not only the flood aspect but also on how to work best with my insurance company. They took the time to educate me throughout the whole process on water, mold, mitigation, restoration and the claim process. Their crew did a great job. They always showed up on time, constantly monitored the site conditions and left the site cleaner than they found it. I'm confident that my basement was restored properly and is safe for future use. I would highly recommend working with them!

RCM Restoration Services did a great job on my basement, it was really hard for me to trust people in my home, but the great customer service and professionalism made it easy for me!
