I'm unclear if this is the correct Roswell location for which two2 representatives from your company were sent via Allstate to help assist my mother after she endured flood damage. However, representatives, Shawn & Nelson, have been of the utmost importance to my 80 year old mother throughout this process. She would voice concerns to Shawn, but with all gentleness and kindness, he reassured her in her uneasiness or repeatedly, explain processes to her. This was his second time out, but with each time, he exuded the same amount or level of respect and great representation of your company. With so, many negative, cultural changes in today's society and customer service, or the lack thereof, it's welcoming when you're graced with genuine concern. Shaw (Nelson) are ghe epitome of great client-customer care. It's rare and should be celebrated amongst your company inspiring other staff & colleagues to understand that the good you offer to others will never be forgotten. Thanks for all you do in getting ppl's lives, homes, back in order!!

I do not post many reviews. Someone has to really go above and beyond for me to recommend them online. The experience I had with Timoh and his team at PuroClean was my a mile the best home improvement experience we have ever experienced. Not only are they thorough, punctual and communicative. But, they get the job done in the time they say and the quality of work is second to none. When we initially selected PuroClean, we got three other bids. However, after using them twice now, I can comfortably say we will never use anyone other than Timoh and PuroClean.

On a Friday evening, we came home to find that our water heater had leaked and flooded a portion of our basement. I contacted PuroClean. Temoh immediately responded and was at our house within hours to begin to mitigate the damage. PuroClean helped coordinate with the insurance company all necessary paperwork and photos needed for the claim. From remediation to restoration Temoh and the PuroClean team were professional, responsive and made an unfortunate situation easy to deal with. Highly recommend PuroClean of Sandy Springs. 5 Stars.

We had a tree fall on our home a few weeks ago. We have holes in the roof and ceiling which allowed rain into our home. The drywall and hardwood floors were very wet. We called Temoh at Puroclean and he came and assessed the moisture and water damage and set up equipment to clean up the water. He came back daily to check on the remediation progress until we were in a good place. Temoh provided communication to us and to our insurance company to make the process as easy as possible give the circumstances. We were very impressed with the services Puroclean offered and would highly recommend this business. I would give Puroclean more than five stars if I could!

After the freezing temps several weeks back we woke up to water all over our floors. A quick google search pulled up several water restoration companies. I started calling down the list and PuroClean of Sandy Springs was the first one to answer and I could tell they knew what they were talking about. They were quick to come out and get everything dried up. What really impressed me was how clean they left our home afterwards. I was mentally preparing for a long day of cleaning but his team was full service. They came in, explained the process and got to working. And when they were done they cleaned everything right up. Best of all, they handled all the insurance stuff. I truly think we would have been up a creek with our insurance if we didn't have this company there to speak to the insurance and advocate for us. I'm forever grateful and will refer you all to our family and friends. Great job!!!!
