Dont know much about the entire company but I do know that the management crew out at plant Bowen is screwed up. Micro Management is there game. Mark Hampton is the Project Manager he is a total tool, he acts like a superintendent. Jack Payne is the superintendent, he acts like a Foreman not a general Forman just a foreman, he ACTS like a bad ass but he is a wimp with authority, he can't handle somebody sticking up for theirself, he want you to lay down an take it. If you do show him you have a back bone you will be on his TO FIRE LIST. I got fired today because I had ONE safety violation but he kept two guys who didnt have a face sheild an got shot with a pin in the face an lied saying their face sheild was on an he knew they were lying. He told those guys "Georgia Power wanted yall two fired for lying on a accident report but I'm not having it so I'm giving yall 3days off with no pay". bottom line is INSULATORS dont work for these tools you have been warned by a hard working insulator. if you do work for them lay down an take it an you will make it. also dont mess with Jack Payne girlfriend she gets all the gravy work. yea she is on the crew too.

Best office staff I've ever delt with. Safety and quality of work on their jobsite is impressive. I have 30 + years experience dealing with this type of contractor, these people are #1.
