Avoid at all costs. The owner of this company is off his rocker. An employee named Dustin came out and took an asbestos sample at our home, then we didn't hear from the company for a long while after, and we only heard because we kept following up. We texted/emailed Dustin for results and still have yet to get a reply from him. After over a month of not hearing from him, we called for results which were negative thankfully. After finally getting the results, I got a phone call from the owner who was irate and saying that we were refusing to pay the bill. That was completely not true. We had contacted them to let them know we were unhappy with their communications/slow service. Funny how they took over a month to get back to us then throw a gigantic temper tantrum when we didn't pay the bill immediately. We obviously took care of it, but being chewed out by the tacky, unprofessional owner is not acceptable. He has no respect for his customers, and clearly, they are awful at communicating.
