Andrea Gayle5 StarWe had severe clogs in 2 of our 3 bathrooms. Mr. Morris came out same-day on a Saturday. He diagnosed the problem with our toilets, repaired them and went the extra mile to make sure the all the bolts on all 3 toilets were tightened and even ran out to get a replacement for one.
