karen langell5 StarOur restaurants had a pipe freeze and flooded all three of our restaurants from over head. Two were severely damaged ! Joe and his team responded quickly ! They immediately got one up and running. They remodeled the other two from head to toe while doing an amazing job! We are so thankful for them. . We would never have been up and running so quickly!! N K4 StarThe best part of working with this company was Abraham. He was so upbeat, knowledgeable, kind, communicative and timely with his responses making a difficult situation more manageable. The water damage recovery process was seamless under his watch.
That said, I would look elsewhere for the restoration and repair services. I was given the runaround for several weeks once they removed their drying machines from the home and was ultimately left hanging.Tuesday 16th May 2023
Bri L0v35 StarGreat company!!! They were very responsive and professional. I’ve used another company before unfortunately due to a really bad hurricane and they took for ever to get out to my house. With Flood Pros, they were there within the week and got to work super fast so that my family and I could get back to our everyday lives.
