I highly advise against using the services of Rupert and James. My experience with them was extremely disappointing and concerning. They operate in a deceitful and unethical manner. During a time of distress, Rupert and James came in and attempted to take my items without my consent. They pressured me into signing paperwork, claiming it was necessary, only to later refuse to return my belongings when I expressed my disinterest in their services. It's clear that their main objective is to exploit vulnerable individuals and manipulate them into paying for services they neither need nor want. Despite my explicit requests for them not to touch my belongings, they disregarded my wishes and attempted to extort money from me. I've informed them that I will be filing a police report against James Hall for his actions. It's imperative that others are aware of their deceitful practices and avoid using their services at all costs. James Hall will have a warrant filed against him by the end of the week. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of Rupert and James. They are nothing but scam artists looking to take advantage of unsuspecting individuals.

First let me start by saying how extremely frustrated and disappointed in the communication and contact with this company . We had a home restoration project done due to having a plumbing reroute done . While the repairs done by a contracted company thru BMS CAT was good , there were a few issues . The project manager (Brian Thompson) was absolutely horrible . In the 3 months it took to get everything satisfistory completed I never met Mr. Thompson a single time ! He lied to us repeatedly , never checked on the job being done, (that is why they had to come out 3 times) and only returned phone calls when he wanted to ! I didn't pick this company , our insurance company did , it was a insurance claim. That's why they were made aware of these issues throughout this process . It should have never been this way as customer service should be the priority for any company .If you use BMS CAT for your needs make sure you don't get Brian Thompson as a project manager !! You will surely be disappointed !

My flood happened November I’ve just been able to get back into my home the week before the end of January. This took entirely too long . The team I had was ok but there would be times where my questions or concerns would be ignored. It would be times where I come in to check and nothing would be touched big or small . The job tooo entirely too long . Paid way more than another company offered and the other company would’ve done way more work. Used them through USAA. And I won’t ever again .

BMS Cat did an awful job. Gary was rude and I constantly had to keep asking for things to be done properly. The caused my sink pipe to burst flooding my bathroom, and my shower/bathtub to leak into my neighbors unit. There are still a few things that aren’t finished, but I did not want to deal with Gary anymore. After I explained everything to my insurance adjustor, my insurance said they will not be using BMS Cat anymore. I will be adding pictures of the horrible work that was done soon.

After a pipe burst in our home, 50% of our home was gutted due to Asbestos…down to the studs. Our first contractors weren’t approved by the insurance company and BMS Cat was recommended to us. They responded same day, came out the next, got approval from insurance company within a week and started one week later. Courtney made this happen. Definitely request her. I worked directly with Courtney and Gary, They were absolute wonderful to work with. Gary as the Project manager went over and beyond to make sure we were pleased during every step of the process. The work went so smooth and the contractors responded well to Gary! He came out regularly to see how things were going and constantly checked in. I was actually kind of sad to see the work end but definitely happy to gave our home back. I give BMS Cat 5 stars and will be working with them in the future. Thank you Courtney and Gary…for a wonderful experience rebuilding our home.
