Kevin Robertson1 StarIf they would have showed up for the scheduled appointment that would have been great, but for me to have to call to find out that they were not going to make it on the scheduled day was disappointing. They offered a discount to reschedule the next day and I understand that things happen in schedules, but due to the fact they did not call me in advance and I had to call to find their service team was not arriving on the day booked was not their finest moment in customer service and scheduling. As a result I scheduled another appointment with another company and hope to have a better experience with Duct Doctor.Friday 31st May 2024
