My church, Saint Paul A.M.E. Church in Lithonia, Ga experienced water damage as a result of frozen water pipes on Christmas day 2022. We worked with Above All Cleaning in all phases of content, mitigation, and reconstruction services to restore the church after the damages we incurred. Everyone that we dealt with, from the owner, down to individual workers displayed a level of professionalism that gave us confidence they were going to do what needed to be done to complete the job. I would not wish anyone to have to go through the issues we faced as a result of our water damage, but if you find yourself in need of restoration services, we highly recommend Above All Cleaning/Restoration Services.

Flooring reference for Above All Cleaning & Restoration LLC Above All installed about 900 ft. of porcelain ceramic tile in our home. The porcelain tile was unusually large, 33 in x 33 in, which makes it more difficult to install. The crew took the extra time and expertise to do a beautiful job. During the demolition process, it was revealed that the wooden floor had been placed on top of a laminated floor, the crew demo and prepared the floor as needed and cleaned up and removed and dumped all of the debris. Also, we had large delicate pieces of furniture (huge Curio and Grandfather Clock) the crew moved with no problem. Also, they installed a porcelain granite medallion into the floor in our foyer which turned out beautifully. Thanks to Suzette for her communication and customer service skills. Above All did excellent work with the restoration of my guest bathroom, guest bedrooms and garage after a toilet water leak (!). Suzette was a great contact throughout the process. They had the necessary software to work with my insurance company and were timely and professional. I recommend them highly.

We had extensive damage in our home. Suzette, made us feel comfortable, provided us with great care. We were informed in every step of the process when work would be done, communication was excellent, always on time and available for any questions or concerns. She checked and rechecked her team's workmanship. The teams were polite, and talented. The job was completed on time. Suzette, took full ownership of the project as though it was her home, meaning she ensured that things were correctly done. Excellent project manager! Very professional. We could not be happier with the work performed. We had a small water leak that caused havoc in our kitchen/living room. Every person on the team went above and beyond from the start. The water mitigation team was so helpful and explained everything in advance. Then when it came to the repair….Suzette was such a joy to work with…so friendly and level-set with us every step of the way so we knew what to expect. Everyone that worked in our home was professional and friendly. Kindness goes a long way! Fabricio and his whole team were fast and efficient! A traumatic experience with the leak was made so much better by this team. They gave us our beautiful home back in pristine condition!
