Thank you..I'm very grateful and appreciative 🙏🏾 for your care and expediency!! Means a lot to minimize damage and to help put me at ease and to accommodate n maximize efficiency of units to eliminate more damage like mold , time, wood damage, removal and replace. Dreadful incident but good be so much more worse. I’d give 5 of 5 stars-proficiency, knowledge, expertise, workmanship, expediency. The care and thought that went from a friend for this referral, gave me the confidence that I’d be taken care of..in this world where customer service is not quite what it used to be, 5 of 5 stars… Highly recommend and so pleased overall because other companies have not represented their companies well in workmanship, professionalism. They simply took advantage of where you live, if you’re single and running a household and God forbid, if you’re a woman. With this, I’m overjoyed that they exceeded my expectations. Kudos, Ist Action Services!! A job well done…from the owner, mitigator, staff and to Jonathon, Onsite-service provider-professionalism, courtesy , care, thought, execution_exceptional!! You’ve a jewel in hand! Well-deserving of raise i see soon! I can’t say enough good things about the 1st Action Team. They were prompt, professional, very knowledgeable and caring. The transition to recover from a natural disaster at our home took a physical toll on our home and a mental toll on us. 1st Action has been key in helping us process all of this. First Action guided us (and our home) through an amazingly complicated problem. We had several (I think 4 other) contractors our to give us estimates and none of them were even able to find the source, or were unwilling to try. I specifically want to mention Dustin, who was our project manager. He was always available, helpful, and friendly. He was able to introduce a sense of calm into the chaos of the situation, and managed to keep us informed at all times. First Action went above and beyond to try and determine the source of water damage in our home, and were successful. During the remediation they discovered mold, and they managed the testing and remediation process that as well. When the secondary inspection found a spec of mold they re-did the entire process at their own expense. It was an unforseeable problem that they were ready and vigilant in resolving. Similarly, when a subcontractor (not first Action) damaged our walls, First Action stepped up to the plate to help resolve that issue as well. All the while they dealt with an increasingly tense insurance situation. Anyone would have been stressed, but I am truly grateful we had this team by our side during that first step of fixing the water damage and mold issues. I wish I could find such a good contractor for our reconstruction efforts. I hope I never again need these services but if I do, we will call First Action first, and we will hope Dustin is still there.
